IKBAL HOSSAIN
12th Grade

Ikbal, whose parents work as a mason and housemaid,faced educational barriers due to financial constraints until he joined Utsav Foundation. He gradually overcame all obstacles, passing all his classes with flying colours. Despite facing many hurdles during Covid-19, he passed 10th class with NIOS curriculum. Currently, he is enrolled in 12th class. He also works as a Computer Lab Trainee at Utsav. His progress inspires other students, supports his family financially, and brings hope for the future.

SIDDIKA KHATUN
5th Grade

Siddika's father works as an office helper, while her mother is a cook. Coming from a lower-class background, their financial situation is quite challenging. Despite this, her family encouraged her to seek education. Siddika joined the center at the age of five. Initially, she struggled with speaking, reading, or writing in Hindi, only understanding Bengali. The teachers dedicated themselves to teaching her fundamental alphabets, numbers, and grammar. Presently, she is studying in 5th standard and has begun formal education at Rotary Public School. She has made the entire Utsav team proud of her hard work and achievements
